I've found that SeatGuru is good for this type of info when they have it. Disappointment arises because SeatGuru, and any other site for that matter, can't possibly have info on every seat on every aircraft type flown by an airline the size of DL, let alone the scores of other airlines that they cover. It's best to treat the info on SeatGuru as a bonus. And I totally agree with you - I'm also not sure what is a better source of this type of info.
