There are none. However, there are way to redeem giftcards as part of a ticket purchase which makes the remainder post as as Additional Collection, which may be reimbursed. There is a separate thread for each airline. Verify before proceeding.
Thanks again. I fly enough that I am usually able to use the credit but on occasion have been caught with it remaining... scrambling to find a way to use it. It seems that even minus the GC being credited now AA is the most flexible in terms of being able to redeem the credit.
