Can't access the auto-upgrade/notification screen from my booking. The first segment is not EK but that's never stopped me before. I chatted with an EK rep and she said that upgrade online is now only available for Economy->Business (my booking is in J)?? I am not sure I believe that. The chat rep said I can always check with them and have them do it (I do have access to EF) but I am worried something is wrong with my booking.

Anyone experience this?
