Bingo. I've found that people usually do switch, but you need to be conscious of what you're offering them and make it worthwhile.
If I'm in my bulkhead aisle, it'd be a hard sell to get me out of there. But an aisle for an aisle, in a row further up, no problem. Further back? forget it.
