The Westin Kierland has time-share villas just down the road from the main hotel. They come in 1 or 2 BR combinations and are very nicely appointed. The complex is in a very nice location in Scottsdale, and I am quite sure they rent out the units to non time-share owners. Most feedback has been very positive about this hotel.
