I don't think consensus has been reached, but seems like previous discussion in this thread has gravitated toward neither Z nor I class being a perfect indicator of SAUA availability. I've read I, X, and Z all being mentioned by themselves or in combination.
I called and confirmed Z was available, then almost immediately after that, booked and tried to SAUA, and could not. So Z is not a perfect indicator. Perhaps Z availability is necessary for SAUA availability, but not sufficient.
