OH dear that’s a complicated situation.
i really don’t see a way to get you these glasses.
I'm puzzled now by how they ‘left’ them in T4.
Did they leave them with a member of staff - HAL or A N Other airline or just put them down then later report them as lost property?
What sort of value is involved?
