I would find it rather odd to have someone in the seat next to me putting on makeup for half an hour. It seems a bit too personal of a task to subject a total stranger to. Considering everyone on the plane will already know what you look like w/o makeup by the end of the flight, why not just use a bathroom in your destination airport, before or after you pick up your bags?
