Sorry, re-read your post where I mistook it as KL. In case anyone is wondering, "Downtown KLIA" is few minutes by car from the airport Downtown KLIA

Not sure if this has changed but a few years back the taxi's still had an airport surcharge of RM25 (?) for the short ride, and Grab is RM45 ... per way !

If I had more than 2 hours and wanted a walk and bite, KLIA2 would be a more convenient bet and a shorter train ride away. The Mamak at Bus Level in KLIA2 is 24h and pretty good.
