As the other poster says it going to be around CNY 50 per item, a bit less for underwear. Mind you for underwear you're probably cheaper going to a shop to buy brand new replacements
Many Chinese (and other Asian) hotels have washing lines in the bathroom so you can wash some clothing yourself.
