The big problem? IT issues happen but when you call customer service they act as if they are doing us a favor when it was Marriott's mistake in the 1st place. I also feel as if they think I'm gaming the system and the agents have a minimal understanding of English, especially clearly the US born ones.

One word solution? Hyatt
