Exactly! I asked the rep I talked to if I would have been credited the 60K points stolen from my account if I hadn't called and she said, "No." So Marriott knows there is a problem/glitch (intentional or not) that is in their favor stealing points from customers' accounts and won't do anything about it unless the customer catches it and calls in. You know what that is? Fraud.
