I don’t care what is done; but airlines need to make sure it’s not possible for minors to be seated separately from their parents. Allow free seat selection, charge more, whatever. I was pleasantly surprised when flying BA in business a few years back with a lap child to find out that they allow free seat selection with flying with a lap child
while we are at it, no infants or young children in business or first!
