I went on the 777 registered 4X-ECB 2 weeks ago from TLV to BOS. It was an embarrassing flight. The airplane was 19 years old but the seats felt older (I was in business class, and the 2-3-2 arrangement was ancient). The IFE had a total of 10 movies (which is pathetic for business class, let alone coach) and the airplane itself was FILTHY. The seats, the vents, the carpets...I had never seen an airplane that filthy. The next flight to boston a few days later was operated by the brand new 787-8 registered 4X-ERA, which made me pretty annoyed.

Not flying El Al again if I have to fly on their 777. It was embarrassing considering the price of the ticket.
