Not a problem if traveling with someone you know but a bit awkward if traveling alone and wanting the aisle seat (not an issue for me since I usually put my bag in the overhead and just take out my laptop and headphones).
Okay I see.
I'm traveling alone, I'm an aisle guy and I was going to take 10D (aisle). You're saying it's awkward being in the aisle on row 10 because the front two below-seat slots are more aligned with middle and window? Well, as long as I get more legroom than the rest of the DC+ cabin, I think I'll take it.
Reason I'm considering an aisle on row 10, as opposed to aisle on another DC+ row, is that I had a horrible experience last time I sat in a 737 DC+ aisle seat. As you may know, DL's 737 has very awkward placements for seat posts, such that there is a post almost in the middle of the legroom of the aisle seat. My neighbor in the middle seat apparently felt strongly that his leg room started from where that post was, rather than the point below the armrest between the middle & aisle seats of the row in front of ours. So I ended up being unable to stretch my legs at all, and it was effectively worse than regular economy.
