In general the Grande Place will be quiet at night so I would not worry too much.

But, especially if you are looking for daytrips, I would consider to stay at either De Witte Lelie in Antwerp or 1898 The Post in Gent. Can easily reach Gent from Antwerp and vice versa. Same for Brussels.
