Staff can really make or break your flight, glad you had 'em.
Presentation was meh but flavors were good. The kale had a not-so-pleasant odor. But the slightly sweet flavor from the BBQ chicken worked well with the polenta.
This meal didn't hold a candle to the 4-courses I got on BA First flying home from London. Now that was an amazing service!
