I have called the bank sent them secured mailed, visited the branch and had conversation with the Executive Office. I am going to paper statement and checking the online activities three to four times a month. I was alerted that my payment was due in ten day. I pay the statement balance in full as soon as it is posted. I don’t like changing email addresses. Chase use to have a secondary email address requirement a couple years ago. My statements were being sent to different addresses. I removed the second address. I will keep the one email address and have them mail the statements. I have been working with Chase for over a year and a half about the email address. One time one of the representative said the last part of the email was list a “con” rather than “com” he said he was going to correct the address in a couple of cycles.
