I looked at AA.com but the answer wasn't clear. As a Platinum Pro, if I get a web special mile saver ticket for 5K miles one way that leaves at 6am, am I eligible to get a confirmed flight change on a later flight that same day? The flight has two domestic legs.
I believe that would only be allowed for EXPs. The Web Specials do not allow any changes, save for EXP.
You CAN, however, cancel your ticket, request that your miles be reinstated, and book the new ticket for the DEP you'd like.
