You can receive an email notifying you that your statement is available to view on chase.com, but there is no option to have copies of your actual statements sent by email.
I am not receiving that notice by email. I am receiving a letter stating “We recently sent you an email to let you know your online statement is ready for viewing. Unfortunately, the email was returned undelivered.” The letter includes my complete statement for the month. Read the attached letter every month on one or two of my account I received a letter. I received emails and other notices on these accounts but not the ones telling me that my statement is ready for viewing.
