I posted a message on Twitter a while back. I received an email from someone in the Executive Office we exchanged emails for over a month. The Executive Office said these letters which include my complete bank statement are not being sent from Chase. I pointed out to the representative the addressee is Cardmember Services. I contacted another member of the Executive Office the representative called me back in a few days and told me that these letters are not coming from Chase.

I stopped in at my local branch and spoke to the Branch Manager she looked at the letter and the attached statement and said of course these letters are coming from Chase. She made a couple of calls and was going to get back me. I followed up with a letter never heard from her.

I called Customer Service one of the representative she was helpful. She checked all the setting but was unable to explain why I am not receiving my statement by emails.
