We just completed a stay at Park Hyatt New York during the holiday season. We are very happy with the experience of this stay. The hardware is still very polished. The software did not disappoint either.

I still do not understand all the complaints on the service quality. We did not experience any of that. Maybe the service quality has improved a lot?
