I've never been to the KAL lounges in ICN, but heard many times that Morning Calm members get turned away during the peak hours.
I emailed KE asking if they had any plans to expand the lounges to accomodate all the extra people that would be getting a lounge voucher with their Silver membership in the new programme... And all I got was a.....

I start from HKG, so appreciate it when I get to use the shower in a lounge after a TPAC flight... Guess I'll be sticking to CX or JAL... Pity, as a layover in Seoul would have been nice.
