Had to wait sometime whilst the ticketing agent phoned ROP. The reply was that they have not yet made a decision on the 50% redemption discount for 2020 & check back on 30 December!
Anyone out there had the same problem or have any news?
Have Thai quietly shelved this bonus for their ROP Gold members?
Was told the same thing this time last year, and again just 2 weeks ago.

It is annoying if you want to use this ‘unpublished benefit’ in Jan-Apr as award availability is usually scarce by the time the award comes available.
