Bonvoy's recent behavior showed that they will stick it to us. At rewards programs merging time, despite promises made at various levels, Bonvoy did not budge and only allowed a single 10-elite-night credit when the meetings happened after a certain date.
Didn't say there wasn't a risk....
Last year it took me 4 months to get credit for a meeting I held.
Still, getting credit for one meeting early in 2020 on the basis of what it says on the Marriott website is probably not a zero probability play.
