Another data point: received notification from OTA (bolded text for emphasis). Thanks to the FT community for allowing me to book my first sale fare. To ARN it is

Airline informed us due to Pricing error for ticket issue before 12/18. The ticket is still valid for use. But airline change the change and refund policy. Right now ticket policy as following:

1.Flight and date change not permitted.
2.Name change or correction not permitted.
3.Reroute not permitted.
4.If passenger strongly insist to change date or reroute, the additional fare difference between paid fare and current fare will be collected.
5.Totally unused ticket,refund permitted with fare of change. [[i]I assume they mean to say free of charge]
6.Partially used ticket,only unused taxes and YQ will be refunded.
7.Reissue and refund process by manual only, ATC is not permitted.
