Reference is made to your issued Bangkok - Stockholm v.v.ticket on 18-19 December 2019.
We have to inform you that there is an extraordinary circumstance of erroneous distribution of Business class fare during mentioned period because of a manifestly incorrect fare.
We have to apologize for this incident.
However according to our ticketing policy we cannot accept these issued tickets.
Your tickets at the price that you paid are not valid for traveling.
In these circumstances we would like to advise as follows:
1. If you purchased tickets through Thai Airways official website please contact TG contact center immediately to obtain full price refund according to your original form of payment and allow up to one billing cycle for refunded amounts to appear on your card statement.
2. If you purchased tickets through an online travel agency ( or other agent )please contact the travel agent immediately to obtain full price refund according to your original form of payment.
3. Please note that the above arrangements should be made no later than January 2 2020 17:00 BKK time otherwise your bookings and tickets will be cancelled and refund will be automatically processed.

Another data point: my ticket issued on UA stock is still intact and valid. Today UA called me multiple times but I didn't pick up the call. I suspected there're something related to this since it is my only active booking with United. When I called back, the agent said nothing special about my reservation and the ticket is still sound.

I mean many passengers likely knew this was a 'promo' fare or a mistake and this makes this ticket/ contract void (if TG claims this in the court and is able to prove this, however, in practice the airlines simply cancel so the burden of proof shifts to passengers). BT neither entered this contract or transaction (covered by their interline master contract) on its iniative neither BT knew it was a mistake. If one or several transactions under an interline agreement are mistaken then its a business risk, there is no law that TG can refer to in order to claim this set of transactions is void.
And the one who filed the fare is ultimately responsible of course if there is say another airline involved and it claims something from BT - the claim will be redirected to TG.
Funny thing but seems only now I better explained this to myself as well - ie why non XX plated tickets often survive the XX airline mistake fares when XX plated tickets are cancelled
