I had sent in a ticket regarding i was missing my welcome points so they resubmitted the whole stay resulting in removing the triple nights and I only received the nights for the first room which is the new rule from august 2018. They refused to give the other 14 nights to my life time tracker even though I have had them for a year.
I was basically bonvoyed.
