There's no basis or enough data points to suggest if any property is more lenient from another. Not true, you can have as many reservations/rooms as you want under your account at the same time, given if you're willing to pay for it, or a host would comp you more than 1 room. Problem is you can't do it online, since the system will flag it if you have or try booking a reservation during the same time as a current one. You would have to call to book a 2nd reservation/room during the same time frame.
