I heard Thai Airway is willing to waive the $100 fee if the passenger decide to cancel the ticket. Also, any change to the ticket will require "reprice" the ticket based on current fare basis. These need to be done ASAP.
It seems Thai Airway is taking advantage of those who are not familiar with how ticket rules work.
