What do you mean? Any rebooking/reissue of the ticket before travel has commenced will be subject to repricing of the ticket - there is nothing new about this nor anything TG is making up. Rebooking after travel has commenced should on the other hand be subject to historical prices, i.e. no repricing of the ticket - the issue is if TG will honor that rule.
Under the section below, if the first segment is intact, historical price is used.
- REPRICE USING FARES IN EFFECT WHEN TKT WAS ISSUED PROVIDED ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET-
1. NO CHANGE TO 1ST FLIGHT COUPON

6. ALL RULE AND BOOKING CODE PROVISIONS ARE MET
7. ADV RES IS MEASURED FROM ORIGINAL TKT DATE TO DEPARTURE OF PRICING UNIT NOTE - CONSIDER THESE CITY PAIRS AS THE SAME POINT- HND-NRT
