Thanks, I looked at the site but I think I just looked at the checked bags section. Sounds like it should be possible.

Yeah, I may need to just wait until I get there (maybe upon arrival so I'll have a few days to fill out any forms).

Yup, given the shorter trip and less milk from PVG-SIN I'm not too worried about the trip to SIN. I'll just pack the box with more ice packs. From SIN-LAX there will be less space for extra ice packs thus more of a concern about melting.
