Is it possible to upgrade from premium economy to business class for JAL award flight booked through Qantas? NRT - JFK route if that makes a difference. I know you can upgrade paid flights (not sure on JAL award flights booked directly with airline) but not sure if you can if you did it through a partner airline. There seems to be some conflicting information online. Thanks a lot!
