Flight Cancelled but Not Really--at least call was answered quickly

Well my call to concierge line was answered within a minute last night so maybe things are improving.

The troubling part was the reason for the call -- I got a text message that my flight was cancelled (technical reasons) but in reality it hadn't been.

Concierge looked up the flight and spoke to several people in operations and confirmed that my flight was on time and going. He said the reason I got the cancellation message was probably new system related and it spits out the cancellation message when there is an aircraft switch. So if you get a flight cancelled message and don't see a rebooking, don't panic right away--do a double check.

I can't ever recall that happening in the past with aircraft switch.
