SS shut down at BWI like a month ago. But I know for me, living in a suburb north of Baltimore, taking SS or Lyft to or from the airport was really six in one, half dozen in the other in terms of costs. But with ride-hailing apps, I feel as a passenger there's more flexibility--wake up to a delayed flight and take your time at home rather than getting to the airport and cooling your heels. You also don't need to share your ride with other travelers.
