I don't have any OW status. In the past, I've held AB Gold from a status match and AA Plat from a Hyatt offer. Right now, I have about 90K BA miles and 70K QF miles.
(8) Preferred Airlines? Most common Airlines flown on?
I do like the idea of earning EK awards, although that would limit me to JAL. I like B6, although that's obviously not part of the program and perhaps irrelevant to the question at hand.
I do prefer DL to AA, although AA's route dominance in DCA makes it more likely I have to consider AA. I prefer AA metal slightly to BA over the Atlantic, although I haven't had the opportunity to fly in preferred BA seats without status. I have only flown Iberia in inter-EU J and quite liked ending up in a weird cushy recliner as opposed to traditional EU J. I've only flown AY on the 350 from LHR-HEL and liked it.
I'm very fond of CX but don't see myself traveling to southeast Asia very frequently in the years to come.
Good summary. But 1 ffp is likley only to meet some of the requirements (in full or part). Something will have to go.
For awards check the earn to burn/cash co payments. Can be big differences.
Both BA & QF have 4 flights on own airline/own flights rule for mid-top status (=lounge access). The exact rules are not the same. BA has more options with BA operated and IB marketed/IB operated OK.
EK is also a ff partner of QF & AS. There are QF codehares on EK operated aircraft. KLM/AF is now a QF ffp partner on all flights
BA, QF & EK and others are partners of Alaska AS ffp. But the list of AS partners is decreasing over time. AS status does not give lounge access on partners [QF may be an exception with AS mid-top status: not 100% sure]
Presumably you do something to stop the BA avios & QF points from expiring. Worth checking the current expiry. To me I would have put BA & QF into 1 ffp.
Traditional inter EU J is an economy seat with no one in the middle
