While I agree, we should be polite and respectful, it's also appropriate to question this story. Dried water stains, of any kind, do not normally make a room uninhabitable. The OP purportedly had a series of bad events and expenses as a result of this "unlivable" condition. He's now attempting to gain additional compensation to that which was awarded. When the basis and start of that series of events is questionable, it makes the rest of the chain of events (perhaps) voluntary decisions by the OP, and thus not subject to compensation.
IMO, we either get more specific detail as to what made the room uninhabitable, or the mods should close the thread. There's no more advice we can give at this point.
