Sir, I have been travelling on TG since 1992 (more than 3 million miles I guess but I don't count) and know what I am doing/have done and also I know I have saved money by doing what I have done many times and by consulting local office for advice.
For example buy 1 way ticket in Q or H (as Client pays flight); change to B or Y Class (Client also pays and no problem as flight changed to suit other schedule) - this is cheaper than buying B or Y Class in 1st place, then my Employer pays the cost of upgrade to BC, which on a regular route is INR 6,360 plus tax instead of INR 15,385 plus tax.
If you have some evidence share it, but don't criticise when I spend my valuable time giving a suggestion. Each to his own
