This may not be popular, but wow: a lot of complaints about the implementation of a brand new benefit (STW) that United wasn't under any obligation to offer. Something that didn't even exist a little over two months ago and couldn't have played much of a role in your RPU/GPU plans for the year. Talk about kicking a gift horse. If I were United, I would be thinking "we can't win".
