CET status benefits will generally follow you because it's more about your presence in their properties than it is about what you're spending for a room. Priority lines, free show tickets, free celebration dinner, free parking - all of this stuff you don't even need to be staying in one of their hotels to take advantage of.
What I'm not sure about is the "no resort fees" benefit. The OTA would probably charge you their rate plus resort fees with no ability to recoup because you're paying them, not the hotel directly. I'd be shocked if you got a better deal from an OTA vs direct with the hotel if you have status anyway.
