I would consider SEA-->FAI as I just did that for myself to clear 75k again for this year...it's not as far as east coast but the first class tickets are not that much more expensive than main to BOS or NYC area.
For reference, it's 1528 miles and with 75% FC EQM bonus, I netted 5366 miles from Seattle. Do that twice or in addition to an East Coast run and you would be good. Flight times are also good from Seattle for same day turnarounds from FAI.
