Ughh this is really annoying that DL can’t update their systems to reflect the new fare classes almost a year after the changes. The fact that some agents don’t know that A/G fares don’t exist anymore is concerning as well.

I’ll believe it when I see it. Someone posted the same thing about a month ago that they were looking into fixing it.

This is not an AMEX issue, actually AMEX is ahead of DL as the Amex site has shown the Z/I lingo in their T&Cs for awhile now while DL still shows the old A/I fares in its T&Cs.
