Z fare failed on my last two attempts, with phone calls to both DM desk and promo desk. They won't do anything other than what the computer spits back at them now.

I even had to remind one DM desk agent that "A/G" fares no longer exist for domestic FC...
This REALLY infuriates me, I had escalated this literally as high as I could with multiple agents promising to make notes and one even saying they were already aware of this issue and were fixing it.
