I find that hard to believe, since it was reported that a lot of Hyatt loyalists had a lot of problems with getting benefits getting honored there. They didn't really seem caring of providing benefits, but just taking advantage of having the Hyatt name attached to the property.
I'm assuming it's due to people like me, who book $399 rooms on the weekends for 12K points
