My new admin just booked a 3 night stay ($400/night), the exact rate as the fully refundable non trip source. I argued with the property and they had no empathy and had me in the worst room I've ever stayed at the property.

I'm beyond a little upset because those nights locked in my LT Plat and my Plat for the year. Now I have to book stay runs to close out the year. What benefit does my company get for this Tripsource feature?
