You can ask but AC will most likely deny any free changes to your outbound flight - your outbound flight is not affected by the schedule change of YYZ-BOS.

You could consider though to ask for a full refund and book a new ticket for the flights that suit you better; obviously this to a large extent depends on the fare of a new ticket.
