I'm a bit concerned, but I hope I am just overly suspicious. I did complete the survey - noting that it's not anonymous, just "confidential" (whatever that means).
If we say we value certain benefits, are we just admitting that they can raise the bar and we will "work harder" (as United said 1K's would have to do - their actual words) to retain the same benefits?
