Not a glob and don't have a concierge, so wouldn't have know for sure. But from what I've read, Concierges should know the ins and outs of the Hyatt program, or is that a false assumption?

For this instance, I believe the Concierge should be right since there's been data points that corresponds to it. Especially since the website was and is still listing "Monte Carlo" as a valid qualifying property.
