On the plus side, my revenue per seat mile is about $0.82 due to most trips being EWR -> Asia in business class and EWR ->SFO/LA business class.
You've been a pretty consistent AND valuable customer. If I were UA, I'd be loathe to hack off someone bringing in 47K/year
