I am personally getting the following - this, across 5 stays since the promo started (below is an example without actual numbers)
Base Points / Miles: 3000
Double Points: 3000
Globalist 30% Bonus: 900
2019 Q3 Promotion: 3000
Based on what I am seeing in this thread, I believe I should be receiving 6000 points for the 2019 Q3 Promo (2x Base Points + Double Points). I think yours (Marriott15) looks correct.
